COVID-19 update: During this difficult time, orders are taking longer than usual to fulfill. Current order processing and fulfillment is 2-5 business days before shipment. Shipping time may vary, expect delays, and thank you for your patience.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Orders take 2-5 business days to process and fulfill, plus the shipping time you choose at checkout. Domestic shipping varies between 2-5 business days. International shipping varies between 5-20 business days.

Why does my order show two shipping charges?

Original paintings ship directly from me. Prints are shipped from a print factory.

If you order an original painting and a print together in the same order, each order will arrive at your shipping address in separate packages.

Is the artwork signed?

Original paintings are signed by me. Prints are not signed. Some of my images may display a watermark online only.

Returns & Exchanges

There are no exchanges or refunds on original art. All sales are final.

Any damaged or defective prints must be submitted within 7 days after the print has been received. If your print arrives damaged, send a photo of the damaged print to tatyana[at]razorberries.com within 48 hours, and I’ll send a replacement of the same print at no additional cost to you.
