When will I get my order?
Original paintings, stickers, and limited edition prints take 5–7 business days to process before shipping. All other prints, dresses, and blankets usually take 2–5 days to fulfill.
After that, shipping estimates are based on the shipping address that you fill out during checkout:
- USA: 3–5 business days
- Europe: 6–8 business days
- Australia: 2–14 business days
- Japan: 4–8 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking number by email when your order ships out after fulfillment.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
Orders can’t be shipped to P.O. Boxes due to their size and some shipping providers, such as UPS, don’t deliver to P.O. boxes.
Can I choose the shipping provider?
Shipping is by USPS, UPS, or FedEx and the rates are calculated based on the lowest rate by my partners. I don’t have control over which shipping provider will have the best rate at the time of shipment. You get free U.S. shipping for orders $99+
Why does my order show two shipping charges?
Original paintings and some Limited Edition items ship directly from my studio in Los Angeles. Prints, bags, blankets, and apparel are shipped from my on-demand print partners that I work with, which have locations worldwide. Shipping charges are based on the location of my studio and printing partners.
If you order an original painting and a print together in the same order, you’ll receive the order at your shipping address in separate packages. If you’re ordering $99+ within the U.S., you won’t get any shipping charges.
Will I be charged customs for my order?
An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in my control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
What’s your returns & exchanges policy?
- Printed artwork purchased in this shop can be exchanged or returned within 14 days. Sales are final on original paintings.
- If you ordered from one of my partners, like Threadless, please contact them directly for their return policy.
I received a damaged product, what should I do?
I take a lot of care in packaging my artwork to ensure it arrives in excellent condition, and so do my printing partners, but sometimes it’s unfortunate if something is damaged during shipment. Please contact me by email within 14 days with photos of the damaged item, your order number, and any other details you have about your order. If you ordered from one of my partners, like Threadless, please contact them directly.
My order should be here by now, but I still don’t have it. What should I do?
- Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
- Ask your local post office if they have your package
- Stop by your neighbors and check with them in case the courier left the package with them by mistake
I’m not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Does the artwork have the artist’s signature?
Original paintings and Limited Edition Mini Prints are signed by me. Open edition prints are not signed by hand, the signature is printed. Some of my images on this website and my social media may display my signature watermark online only.
Do you do custom or commissioned artwork?
I’m open to commercial work that aligns with my style, if time allows. You can contact me by email and please let me know the details of your project such as: the mission, timeline, budget, and publisher of your project.

Why haven’t you replied to my message on social media?
For questions, business inquiries, or customer service, please contact me by email. I usually reply within 24 – 72 hours. If you don’t see a reply within that timeframe, please check your spam folder. I’m unable to actively monitor and respond to every social media message.
